Well done to Holland. Sadly teams that bulldoze through their groups often get over-confident and loose in the quarter or semi-finals, but we'll see...

Just hope they haven't peaked too early.

Cue 11 changes for their next game v Romania. If they do that (and they have every right) and Romania beat them, i hopw the Italians and French don't start beeling.

I think Marco van Basten will give some players a well deserved rest but I don't think he will send in a B team agains Romania. (As if we even have a B team  )

Russia can lose as always.
We can lose 0-5 :D :D :D

Oh, I haven't seen how Spain won us 4-1 but... it's a shame.
The shame is we can chosse 22 good footbal players from 150 000 000. :D

Me too. I bet we get or Spain, or Portugal as opponent in the final.

I'm asking if anyone has chosen to list their fave XI team from the list of 16 teams from Euro2008 (no England players sorry). Who would you choose? Ludovic Magnin & Jacek Krzynowek without doubt for me 1st choice at leftback & midfield.

Yep. Best tournament since Spain '82 in my opinion (and I only have hazy memories of that). I love the Turkish manager - he is a total nutter. Interesting that the Czechs did that to the Netherlands last time round.

Just what happened? The Czechs fell asleep in the last 30-25 minutes

I'm happy that Switzerland beat Portugal tho
