Petshopgrrl, do you have pink hair, or are you the dark haired girl?
I like to think of it as home...

Was very pleased to see my dancing buddy from last night got a ticket for tonight as well!Vintage Youth wrote: Wed 24 Jul 2024, 9:04 am Great night with great people, was fab to meet (and have a brilliant laugh) with Petshopgrrl all the way from the USA. I also had a torch grump in front of me for ANB, didn't really catch on like Berlin last night!
The lady beside me last night is frantically trying to find a return as she had such a great time.
I was in the amphitheatre and there was plenty of chair dancing but no widespread standing until It's A Sin (all rise for the National Anthem!)
Looks like plenty of space in the mosh pit, I'll confirm after tonight.
Neil commented about Gaza at the Guardian event in London a few months ago.richwill wrote: Wed 24 Jul 2024, 10:36 pm Ukraine would knock pretty much any Islamic country into a hat homophobia-wise. Although maybe all the stick they've got for ignoring the genocide in Gaza has made them stop pretending to care about what's going on in Ukraine.
He was extremely meely-mouthed, didn't call out the genocide, just vaguely gestured towards some sort of final solution.TallThinMan wrote: Thu 25 Jul 2024, 7:14 amNeil commented about Gaza at the Guardian event in London a few months ago.richwill wrote: Wed 24 Jul 2024, 10:36 pm Ukraine would knock pretty much any Islamic country into a hat homophobia-wise. Funny you should aim that at me when I did no such thing? You probably ought to aim it at the people who can't help trying to stuff their pet causes into every single forum on the planet.tottenhammattspurs wrote: Thu 25 Jul 2024, 6:26 pmCan we stop making every bloody post politicised? I don’t want to know Neil and Chris’s opinions, I certainly don’t want to know yours. It doesn’t mean I don’t care and that I too have an opinion but a fan forum is NOT the place.
They're the ones who politicise things by changing the lyrics to a song, changing the website, etc.tottenhammattspurs wrote: Thu 25 Jul 2024, 6:26 pm Can we stop making every bloody post politicised? Helloooooooo, she’s back, back, BACK in the US of A! I had a post all ready to go on Tuesday night about how brilliant the first show was but managed to fall asleep before hitting submit and between tech woes and travel I ended up losing the whole thing and this is the first chance I have had to try again.Vintage Youth wrote: Wed 24 Jul 2024, 9:04 am Great night with great people, was fab to meet (and have a brilliant laugh) with Petshopgrrl all the way from the USA.
