"Go West" ...not an ideal first choice but one the makers felt was appropriate. Why not "Oppourtunities"? ...maybe not then.

It's the same "Release" tour version but with the extended ending where Neil plays keyboards alongside Chris.

It starts well with the slow piano and guitar then when it explodes into the song, it takes a minute or two to sound right. Only after the first verse does it start to sound ok.

The electronics and percussion and guitar sounds a bit odd but as the song goes on it gets stronger-sounding, complete with the Faithless-esque dancey ending of the song. Sylvia Mason James does her bit well as usual.

Apart from Neil's "tuning problems" at the start, Go West L8 sounds very good.
And the russian TV crew does a tremedous job, the whole thing looks faboulous.

I miss the huge sounding male chanting vocals though.

Isn't there another hiccup near the end, though?

Something like Neil sings "This is what we're gonna do" while the sampled backing vocals are going "This is our destiny" ??

They were there, just sampled though.

The Russian TV crewe did miss an oppourtunity to shoot Neil and Chris together when they were playing keyboards.

In fact there are NO shots with Neil and Chris in the same frame.
