That WOULD be a Neil, wouldn't it? The PSB don't make comments about things in general, and the PSb speaking at all is genreally Neil speaking. If they were a Chris, they'd probably be in Special Ed class anyway (not saying that Chris has a mental handicap, but that it would be difficult to teach a child who doesn't speak at all in another way).

Not Chris actually. He was always sitting in the front row of the class and knew a lot. Neil was the one who didn´t attend all the lessons, especially sport lessons. He wasn´t very interested in school.
