I'm looking to sell my mint copy of Release on white vinyl.

My questions are:
1:: Is there a reliable value guide for PSB prices?
2:: What is the going 'value' of this item?

Much appreciation and thanks in advance!

If you put it on ebay you will probably get £5-10.

Probably because people can't afford them, or think mp3's will be more value for money..?

Nope, simply because most items can be found elsewhere much cheaper, especially the items that are marked as being much more limited than they actually are. I have found countless items from that list much much cheaper and to be honest I don't consider it a pet shop boys price guide at all, more like somebodys sale's list.

I agree with you to a point here, items can be found for less but a guarenteed way of owning would be to go along with the price guide or something. But wether an item is £3 or £300, the majority would still say it's too expensive. Sometimes you do have to dig a bit deeper into your pockets. Whoever's price list you think it is, I wanna get in touch

Esprit talk too much doglog and out of their arses when they say only 10 Introspective clear vinyls exist when I think maybe I think as much as 20 exist. Do you know why I say this? Because a friend of mine owes an autographed pressing (I thought I was the only one with one) and has done since before the album was released, and didn't get it from Esprit. Esprit got 10 at once from an EMI member way after the release of the album. That makes at least 11 known pressings. They also don't know of the existence of the blue Can you forgive her? 7" when there are 3 known pressings, I know all those who had listed them on eBay, and spoken with them one of which I speak with regularly over the phone.

1, The PSB Discography will be updated soon with an updated collectors list. Meantime, check out www.psbcq.it or http://www.psb-discography.com
2, The going value, if you'd like to purchase new from a shop is about £15 but I'm sure you can get it for a bit less.

Thank you all for your help! I really do appreciate the links and fast responses.

I guess I'll hold on to the record then. It's a shame to think that there is a real possibility that I could break even with what I paid - which wasn't too much - even as an import here in the States.

Again, thank you all!
