Yesterday I found in a store some 12"-s from the Paid Show Boys called West End Girls with a pic of Neil and Chris on the disc....off course I did get myself one, cause I did not believe it would be the Boys....but now, I am listening to it and it is indeed a remix of West End Girls, with the original vocals. I never read something about this bootleg (pretty sure it is one), so does anyone has some information on it?

It's not a bootleg.

When DJ Hell was remixing Flamboyant he asked the boys if he could also remix West End Girls. He liked the mix so much he asked Neil & Chris if he could release it and the result was the 12" you bought. I have no idea why it was released under the name "Paid Show Boys"

I have that DJ Hell remix too, but can't rember it to be the same...don't have it by hand now, so can't compare it

Oh! I bought this 12" today too...I didn´t read this topic before (but I remember I had read the subject so the name 'Paid Show Boys' was spinning around on my head) and I was very surprised when I heard the DJ Hell Mix instead of a bad cover version....so my question is:
Is this mix released somewhere else??? I know there is a shorter version (around 6:30mins) on the Flamboyant 12", but this is the 8mins full version...

It's a false term for CD test pressings. Esprit use it too much. I hate this term, and false things too. Basically, it isn't made of acetate like test pressing vinyls are made of.

And by the way, I haven't disappeared. I just took a break from the scrotes visiting this forum from *banned member's* forum as they are knobs.

It was available on the War Child music download site at one point (don't know if it still is).

I downloaded the track off there sometime last year.
