Just found this interesting article by Mark Mobley on NPR.
http://www.npr.org/templates/story/stor ... Id=1306240
If you scroll down and read the sixth paragraph (starts with "A final note"), it states:
"A final note -- each of the three CDs we’re examining in this piece has a distinctive design, none more so than Very. The original release was in an opaque, blaze orange, Lego-like jewel case. If you happen to own one, and you’ve never taken it apart, you’re in for a surprise, because there’s extra art between the CD tray and the back cover!"
Is this true?

yes...but it´s not a big surprise 'cause you can see there´s something there throug the hole in the middle of the cd-holding part... (sorry, I don´t know how to name this part of the case in english!

...you can also see the faces through the plastic if you hold it up to a light source.

Anyone ever noticed that 2 pics (1 of Neil, 1 of Chris) are different?
(I am talking about the Very cover)
That is the very hidden secret of this cover

I seem to remember Neil answering a question about this in the now-defunct question section on Petshopboys.co.uk. They had some slightly different pictures here and there to see if anybody would notice. I think it adds a little bit of interest and makes the whole thing seem more designed.
The hidden pictures behind the disc tray are a nice bit of attention to detail, like the flowers printed on the inside of the sleeve for the 'Miracles' 12".

Oh I know what he's talking about. I remember opening the case around the time I got it becuase you could tell there was an inlay under the CD spindle when you sould see either Chris or Neil's face underneath.
