It was EASILY available on the day of release here in Sweden and many weeks on, and by no means withdrawn? - what does he mean? - stupidly enough thou, I sold my copy and 'upgraded' to the UK version since it had the outer cover...

there are more than 40 pieces, but the seller isn't on crack

. The 'paper sleeve' of this NL CD iss really rare!!! The disc itself is the usual UK CD.....
...but the paper sleeve... oh yes the pape sleeve! Paid lots for it years back...

I haven't seen that many at all, only a few since I started using eBay years back and bought the first copy I saw when prices weren't rediculous. don't ask anything else or I might feel like teaching you a lesson

I remember I ordered my copy when it was released from my local shop in sweden. I know some guys here who did too... I can imagine we in sweden had luck the first weeks back then, because I never thought it was that rare but a half year a go i realised.
Somewhere NL CD2 (Neil on cover) is about the same.

Not sure if thats the right answer. Maybe it's the availability of the paper sleeve

. You can get a UK CD and an ordinary slime line case just around the corner...

Not really as any die-hard collector can notice the difference between CD's even if they have the same tracks on them
