IWS- release delayed?

According to the above site (which is pretty reliable normally) I'm with stupid has moved from a release date of May 8th to May 22nd, the same day as Fundamental.
It's probably a mistake but then again, it wouldn't exactly be the first time things have been delayed....

Think so too. The German Amazon page says May 8th and so does the UK one. Also on the official site there can be found the same date. Besides, it wouldn't really make sense to release the first single the day when your album comes out so don't worry too much.

Don't know how accurate this site is but it has I'm with stupid also for a release on may 8th.

Also during the interview yesterday this crazy girl talked to the Pets about the release of their new single and mentioned 'out may 8th' so I truly hope this is true.

I'm now a bit worried too but as I said it wouldn't make sense to release it the day the album is released. This date could only be right if Fundamental is (again) postponed too (Lord NO) But since there isn't anything on the official site and they confirmed it more or less during yesterday's interview I really can't imagine that they suddenly have to postpone it again

The upcoming Pet Shop Boys single ”I'm with Stupid” is a dancey, eighties sounding little number and it will be available as a 7” picture single! We haven't seen one of those in a while. The other editions are CD and DVD, the latter having the promo video on it, featuring David Walliams and Matt Lucas from UK comedy show “Little Britain”. The track will be remixed by Melnyk, Max Tundra, Abe Duque and others, and it's out on May 8.
The album “Fundamental” will come in three flavours: CD, double disc CD with a bonus dance remix disc and a tasty vinyl. Available on May 22.
Pet Shop Boys plan to play live during the summer in the UK, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Serbia and Ireland. More dates will follow.
This gives the Album date May 22nd then single May 8th

HMV are wrong a lot of the time, if the single is delayed with subsequent knock on effect for the album record label is really shooting itself in the foot as regards promotion. There's already been quite a lot of press, probably arranged for when the album was gonna be releasedc in Aprl. If this continues there will be no promotion when the album actually comes out

It must be released on 8th as on todays official site update regarding TOTP it says - This will be the first TV performance of the song which is released on May 8th
