Not yet, thought they said they were being sent out after April 10th.

Certain the e-mail stated 17th April, which was Monday.
Indeed, the e-mail says. "....and they will be sent out in the post from 17th April"

On the NewcastleGateshead website it states :
Tickets
Unfortunately we are no longer accepting requests for tickets. The event has proved to be extremely popular and ticket requests have exceeded demand in record time. Tickets will be issued from Friday 21st April 2006.
