can't understand, what those posts are about! They only make other people angry who can't heard yet unreleased tracks.
I'm really want a new rule, who ban people, who claim to have new tracks in public. Should be included in the Forum Rules by the next PSB album...

Since the albums are already for sale in Germany you have no right to ban them at all!!
And we can discuss all we want over the album now we don't have to turn to e-mule, newsgroups, torrents or whatever to get them.

Shows us just how much progress we've all made these past 60 years

This wasn't the topic! The earliest day for such a topic is May 22.
Most of the users absolutely have no clue, EMI Scouts are surfing this forum and searching hard for possible sources of illegal mp3 stuff.
And if such posters (like PaninaroXX) already claim to have heard the track (or more tracks), I'm sure they also would give out any link to some stranger, who pm them and ask for the link...
For the German Sale thing! We only know that 'Fundamental is on sale on ONE place in Germany. I'm sure it's the only place and I'm sure it's in the 'Ruhr' area, which always put thing out earlier than the rest of the country.
So all in all - the album isn't yet for sale in Germany!
To PaninaroXX - I'm not angry about him/her because of that topic, cause s/he wasn't the first, who did such a topic! But I'm sure we have to change our rules that way, so all sharing and beggings will run more silent here in the future...!
We should not live for now - we should think about the future. And if sharing will become highly illegal in the future, it's good to have a silent community, were filesharing still works in the underground!

Well I'm surfing various Torrent sites aswell as the newsgroups and PSB are all over there at the moment. Only there is not a lot they can do about it. Since the new forum started we have been very good boys and the EMI scouts have nothing do look for here anymore, which was a lot different at the older boards. Fact is I PM or get PMed about where to find the latest torrents or in what newsgroups the files get posted. Downloading from there is a lot faster aswell. The IN is a wonderfull thing if you know how to use it.
It's indeed the Rurh area since the guy lives in the south of Holland.
Oh and don't be mad at me I was only joking around a bit

It's a rubbish version. Sounds like it took about 15 mins to knock off. Neil's vocals are bad, and it's very 1998. It's like two queens in karoke at the local Chicago Rock Cafe.

This is ridiculous!!! It'll be illegal to
talk about tracks optained thru' filesharing??? Honestly, who shot the KGB chief and put you in charge? What's next? Shall we ban people of whom we
suspect got illegal mp3s and jay-walk to? And shall we start at you while we're at it?
Come on, the stuff you're spewing in this thread is absolute bonkers

I just wanted to say that I live in that area in Germany, and it's simply not true that records are always released earlier here. New records are released on fridays in Germany. If a shop already sells it I hope for them that the record company doesn't find out.

Well, they probably were.
Wasn't this recorded a few years ago?
It basically sounds very much like the DISCO 3 version of
Here, or
Home or whatever that track was called in the end. The same keyboard sounds.

I have one of those. Was trapped there Saturday night sweating in a space the size of two teabags.
