ROBBIE WILLIAMS has penned a tribute to MADONNA with the Pet Shop Boys. The track, She’s Madonna, is on his new album, 1974. Pets star NEIL TENNANT said: “Apparently she likes it. Rob feared she’d think he was stalking her.”

As reported in today's Guardian, The Pet Shop Boys have co-written a song on Robbie's new album called 'She's Madonna'.

It is obviously going to be brilliant.

The story behind the song however, is a tangled web of intrigue and mystery.

I've heard from several moles that it is based on a conversation 'someone' had when dumping their then-current squeeze.

According to them, the conversation went thus:

"Look, you know I really, really love you. But she's Madonna!"

He obviously got completely swept away by her etc.
