as soon as i heard the new pet shop was offering back issues i immediately ordered a copy of Literally#24. i know i have a copy somewhere but decided to order an extra one because its the issue that included coverage of Closer to Heaven.

i was quite excited to come home this evening and discover a package waiting for me. i was shocked that my order was processed so quickly. unfortunately when i opened the envelope i i found a letter from Mike Hrano explaining that they had run out of copies of #24 so he substituted a copy of #19!!!!

he also noted that he would be happy to refund my credit card , if i was not satisfied, once i returned the copy of issue #19. no mention of refunding me for postage costs!!!

what a f*** up. i guess the Pet Shop still sucks.

In the first place, it's strange you were able to order #24 at all. It's supposed to be an on-line shop (isn't it?), so then how can they offer what they don't have...

thye should have known how many copies they had in stock. issue 24 was lsited there when i ordered, otherwise i wouldnt have ordered it. they do have my email address and could have contacted me to ask if i wanted another item.

im glad i didnt order a tshirt and receive the wrong size or style as a replacement!!!

I´m waiting for the new t-shirt to arrive. Hope I´ll recieve it.
I´m so glad I have all those Literallys for sale there.
