I know most everybody doesn't like the E Smoove mixes but I was just wondering if there is any where you can get the song other than Disco 2 I would like it without other songs mixed into the beginning and end

Just trying to track down some tracks

I have always liked the e smoove mix(es). I even had them played at a popular club in 1994 shortly after its release. As did I with Go west, no DJ was safe from us (me and the single) :-)

Best mix of Liberation IMO, is a bootleg - the Hot Tracks mix.

Never understood why these E Smoove mixes were not liked. The 12" version is wonderful.

I've always considered the Hot TRacks version a big mix. But in those terms, I'd rather part 1.

Is a good song but what has it to do with Liberation by PSB?

The 7'' mix at least had some of the vocals.

mmm..if you ask me, I say Yes...If not, it´s a failed remix IMO...that´s the difference between a 'remix' and a complete new song...
What makes the E-Smoove 12" a remix of Liberation? Because a raper say 'Pet Shop Boys feel Liberation"? I think It´s not enough...
A song is the melody, the lyrics, the sounds used on the 'original version'...a few of this elements must be present in a remix, if not it´s a different song, maybe a good one, but a new song and not a remix anymore...
Well..that´s my pont of view...

If it weren't 2 hours long, it might be more palatable. As it is, its crap. The 7" is better, but its still from the era of crap remixes...
