works fine for me
on ticketmaster, for the KNDD presale, use password THEEND
change the section to 21 and over id required, for additional, use general admission- pulles up main floor tickets
if you want reserved, change section to mezzanine, for additional use reserved, pulls up mezzanine row g for me

I tried after I read them amd got them....mezz 2 row O 9-12 better than nothing.Actually pretty cool. I know tomorrow better seats will be available but I do not run inot the samr crap as i did this morning. I tried 4 computers at work and none of them worked. I called TM and it did not work for them either.
Thanks very much

It's because the default settings don't make sense, there are no general admission tickets in the mezzanine. You have to change those settings so they match the actual tickets available
21 and over + general admission = floor
mezzanine + reserved = mezzanine

Thanks so much for posting these codes! I managed to get two GA main floor seats. I was really confused by the seating too especially as my friends in Montreal just bought all reserved seating.
So the mezzanine and above are all ages? I've been to the theatre a few years back but it was to see the touring production of Sam Mendes' Cabaret--so everything was reserved seating, I guess I'll find out though--are other venues General Admission? 21 and over? (which I assume just means youc an bring booze in)

It seems to vary by venue as far as whether there is seating on the floor or it is general admission (general admission is almost always standing only, no seats)
For example, Los Angeles is General admission floor, where San Francisco is all assigned seating (even though the venue has used GA for other events)
I'm sure the 21 and over thing does have something to do with alcohol, but I doubt very much that you can bring your own into the building.

Hahah nono I meant bringing booze into the theatre proper (instead of just having a drink in the lobby like most theatre). I would be pretty shocked (and kinda horrified) by any place that allowed you to smuggle in your own bottles
Ya I just paid more attention to the chart--they put a hard floor over the seats.
