I'm sorry but Chris looks awful in that pic.
He's the bulb off the old lady so perhaps she is his mum. The woman on the right does look like his sister Vicky, though a lot older than the last pic we saw of her in Literally a few years back.

What do you expect- he's in his 40's for cripes sake.....
Besides, he probably didn't have his makeup and wardrobe people with him....
