Why has the "jump to" button gone from the top of web pages?

I see it at the bottom (which it has always been) but I always use the one at the top.

Please bring it back otherwise my mouse scroll wheel will wear out as I scroll to the bottom every time I feel like a jump.

have the same problem Paulo, but it isn't included in the new version anymore...
Not sure, if it can be inserted again easy.

While at the top of the page, I always use my spacebar to scroll down to the bottom, it's quicker for me.
