Counterfeit "Minimal" Promos?

I've just received a "Minimal" 10-track promo that I bought from eBay, and it looks like a counterfeit to me. The "sleeve" is just a folded piece of paper with the tracklisting and Parlophone logo printed on it -- not the close-up of the tubular writing that has been shown in pictures of the sleeve.
The disc itself is a CD-R, greenish laser-side. On the label side, Pet Shop Boys, Minimal, The Remixes appears at the top of the disc, a rather grainy-looking Parlophone logo on the right side of the disc, and at the bottom a paragraph of standard promo copyright info. The graininess of the Parlo logo sets off alarm bells.
Is this a fake? Do real ones look as I've described?
