from the official site:
Next Monday, November 6th, Pet Shop Boys will be at Borders Union Square, 400 Post Street, San Francisco, from 6 pm to sign copies of Fundamental, the just-released-in-the-USA greatest hits CD, PopArt, and the new book, Catalogue.
On Thursday, November 9th, at 5 pm, before the last of their back-to-back shows at The Wiltern Theater, Pet Shop Boys will be signing CDs and books at Virgin Sunset, 8000 W Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles.
UK fans may be interested to know that a British book-signing is planned for December.

I wonder if the UK one will be at Midnight....just like New York ! Probably not......but it's bound to be a mighty busy one for the whole of UK....and maybe some of Europe.(Better get there early)

The last signing we have had here in L.A. was in 1999 at Tower Records Sunset (which is closing) one day after the last show in L.A.
So great news for me!

This is wonderful news.I quickly arranged to get off work early that day so I can get to the store in plenty of time. I have a feeling this is going to be a short appearance.
Do you suppose they're going to give out those promos like they did in NY? I certainly hope so. I think I'll have them sign my copy of Catalog, since I've already got their autographs on several CDs.
I also saw them @ the Tower signing in 99. It really is special meeting your idols even if you do get star struck & tongue tied - like I did.
I'm also going to the show that night so this is setting up to be one great day.

Forgot about the promo cd, hopefully they will.
yeah I've met them a few times and still get Star Struck everytime.
Can anyone confirm if the only way to get something signed is if you buy it at the store where the signing will be?

That's almost always how it works. But if you bring along something else they might sign both. Depends how strict the Virgin staff are and how flexible the Boys are feeling. But definitely plan on having to buy something there...

it's not Virgin being strict, it's either Chris, Neil, or the PSB's A&R people who enforce the strictness. i used to work for this particular Virgin and met a lot of famous people because of this.

Wow, awesome news for my fellow LA petheads. They were great here in NYC so you won't be disappointed. They're gentlemen through and through. They were nice back at Tower Sunset in 99 and they're still very nice now.
