It's alright should replace Go West (live)

Is it just me, or is Go West a bit tired now. I mean I loved it when it came out, but when playing live I'd say bring back 'It's Alright' as the finale. It's celebratory and would send people out on a high. I wish they'd finished with this at Bestival. It's a dance festival after all.

It's Alright is great, but I don't think it's a good final song. I'm also not tired with Go West. I'd rather replace Where The Streets Have No Name (Can't Take My Eyes Off You). I heard that song too often during PSB live performances over the past few years. I think the joke wore thin by now.

Go West is much better. The last part of it, it's really amazing. The best ever finale was the version of Go West in the Nightlife Tour (with the New York City Boys and Silvia).

I'm not convinced Go West is better than It's alright, but I agree the end is great. Integral could well be the new Go West, but still feel 'it goes on, and on, and on, and on' is a superb way to skip out of a gig.
Also I agree that Where the streets have no name IS a bit tired as well now.

It´s always been performed on tour since 1994 so it just can´t be replaces. Just like West End girls and It's a sin. They´re the legends that have to be performed.

Indeed. I had forgotten how good It's Alright (was) is until I re-discovered it in Concrete.

This is a funny coincidence, because I was thinking the exact same thing the previous week!

I think Integral is very reminiscent of Its a Sin, actually.

Obviously it is awesome 8)

Well, 'Go West Live at Brits' is the first track I've listened to/ripped at 41.1, not 48.
Then amplified it, cos bit quiet.
Turned into .mp3/.aacplus
Sounds like it's alright to me :) - wonder if the backers get royalties?

I'd like to see It's a sin live in its (disco mix) form.
