are there any pictures online? was this a double sleeve single? anything special about the vinyl like Minimal and I'm with stupid?

Numb Limited edition 7" Vinyl;
Great picture sleeve (Same design as Cd Singles)
Inlay sleeve (Same design as Numb 12" Vinyl with NUMB title out of focus).
No picture disc.
