WWW.PLAY.COM , free delivery charges wordwide, 22 Euros, but make sure you change the currency display from GBP to EUROS, because by default it goes to GBP , and if you are not in the UK, it will not let you place the order unless displayed in EUROS.
WWW.CDWOW.COM, free delivery too but usually a bit cheaper than PLAY...However the DVD is not yet available on PRE ORDER , but I am sure it will be in the next 2 weeks.

I think The Ideal Copy have a PAL Region 0 DVD for pre-order, not NTSC.

I saw NTSC on amazon.com.
I think I'll wait for a reliable vendor to get PAL region 0.
Amazon UK is PAL region 2.

A region 0 DVD means it has no region set on the DVD.
It will play on any player regardless of the players region.
Of course PAL on PAL, and NTSC on NTSC.

0 Informal term meaning "playable in all regions"
1 Bermuda, Canada, United States and U.S. territories

Thankfully, mine will play either PAL or NTSC.
