What is your most favourite Pet Shop Boys Video ?
Simple question i know, but we talk alot about Pet Shop Boys musically, how about visually ?
Better still, what is your favourite visual appearance of the boys ?
Mine has always been the era when Neil was dressed in a suit & Chris in his casual gear, ie: Always on my mind Top of the Pops 1987 performance. Neil in a dark suit & Chris in his wooly jumper & POSH Boy hat.
Oh, by the way my favourite vdeo of all time is West End Girls.

Possibly Paninaro 95. Because they seem their sleek pop selves, but morph into monstrous shapes. It bespeaks an avant-garde willingness to be "ugly", like Alexander McQueen say, while also saying, "we're not who you think we might be". There's a certain darkness implied.
Still, they have such a massive body of interesting visual work it's hard to choose just one.

Honourable mention :
West End Girls, Liberation, Being Boring.
Underestimated :
Jealousy. Such a good story going on. Watch the girls' eyes.
Current fave :
Miracles. The video enhances the song and the song enhances the video. Clever.
Usually one lets down t'other.
