MTV Flux Channel and Eden?

Yonks ago before I joined this great message board 
there was an advert on the official site for fans to go on to MTV Flux. Has anyone heard anymore about this? Have I missed it all? Also, I thought the Eden Project was suposed to be on Sky in October...????
