Whose group is this video?

It´s a music video featuring UFOs, I though it was Keane. There are these guys on the video waiting for a signal at home to appear, and then the signal comes and wake them up, and they go to a desert with theirs cars, following an UFO, and when they stop there are more UFOS there.
