Duran Duran is one of my favorite bands, besides PSB of course!

But I just wanted to give everybody an update on the band. They're releasing a classic album DVD from Eagle Rock Entertainment and the focus will be on their "Rio" album!

PSB took over from Duran Duran as my favourite band in 1987.

I just hope they're done releasing new material after that extremely vapid, and ultimately pointless, Astronaut.

Did anybody watch the clip? What'd you think of that?

I listen to them and just saw them earlier this year on tour. Great band.

Red Carpet Massacre was pretty awful, apart from The Valley.
My favourite song from the Rio album has to be The Chauffeur.Fantastic!

Uh, they released their latest album, 'Red Carpet Massacre' last year.

Although I use to love Domino dancing, I have to concede that it is crap. A point which I made to the executive producer earlier this year, without realising who he was. I think my comments ranged from, "It's shit from start to finish" to "All of the songs are the same... and the only one I DO like, I can't remember the name of." I also pointed out that I spent most of the live performance of the album in the bar and at the merchandise stand. Ooops. I like to think that perhaps he liked my honesty instead of all the usual sychophantic ass-kissing that he usually hears.

For those who may be interested, Domino dancing are touring the US later this year. There may be one UK date near Christmas, but nothing confirmed yet.

I was at a party hosted by David Bowie and the assorted guests were an extremely eclectic bunch. How many people can say they rubbed shoulders with a twatted Nick Rhodes whilst marvelling at how everyone seemed to be just as worse for wear when the newsreader Moira Stewart was constantly mistaken for Shirley Bassey.
