Being this maybe one of the biggest PSB-esque songs by other artist ever made (...I mean before 'Chris Kalera' surfaced

I'm trying to think of some not so obvious tracks.
This Finnish one hit wonder had a PSB-esque hit:
Firevision: Stars It's catchy as hell although a bit repetitive.

I remember a fan compilation of songs similar to the PSB. some of the awesome songs included
Plus Staples - We Got To Be
T42 - Let Me Go (a Heaven 17 cover i believe)
Jocelyn Enriquez (or someone) - Do you miss me
also, i think Johnny Hates Jazz songs sound a bit like PSB

This was a massive hit in Denmark. A lot of people thought that it sounded like PSB. Not quite sure myself:

Wow, just bought the album(from 2003) but it really has some good stuff...
