We've had snow here too, but sadly 1/2 inch of it, isn't going to stop me from leaving the house.

I'm in Hounslow with no tubes or buses running. Just deciding whether to try to hitch a lift down the A4 as I work in South Kensington. Heaviest snow I've ever seen I think.

You have so nice winter.
At the weekend we had about -20 celsius degrees here. Now only about -4. Usually the trains stop moving when it gets -1 degrees for the first time in winter. But then it gets back to normal again. They never prepare for the snow and gold weather.

There's a light sprinkling of snow on my shed. That's about it!

I'm in the southern part of Sweden and still waiting for the winter to come... Today the sun is shining from a clear blue sky, it's -5 degrees but no snow. I guess we've had a total of three days with snow so far this winter. You can send some of yours up here! At the end of the week it's expecting to come a lot, but you can never be sure...

Very sorry to hear of the number of deaths related to the heat. I just pray that we do not get too many snow and ice related accidents here in the UK.

It's been snowing on-and-off here since about 8am. I reckon we've got about 2 inches.

I've never seen the snow, because it's never snowed here.

In Italy it's been an unusually snowy winter. Last month in Milan we had about 20 inch of snow...

Not a terrible amount of snow here Nr.Bedworth in Warwickshire and in the Midlands in general. That's a good thing as I have to go to hospital in Birmingham tomorrow, then another trip to Birmingham for the Aston Villa vs. Doncaster Rovers FA Cup replay match on Wednesday.
