Blast! I gave my mother all my spare change when I left England the other week!
If you send one of these undated 20p coins back to the Royal Mint you only receive £50. So these chaps on Ebay are doing rather well.

Of course, if they hung on to the coins they may make loads of money when they try to sell them in years to come....

I'm hoping to pick a whole bag of them up from the bank when i collect my change for this weekend. £2500 would do very nicely.

When exactly were these released into circulation ?
I emptied my silver jar of about £40 worth of 20p about 2 months ago, just hoping there were none in there.
