The Drico Archives

From the archives for your edification:

Dateline 1985: I, Drico, will never buy or listen to this "new" version of West End Girls. They can't come up with something new? They are just going to rehash to try to get a hit? Good luck!

Dateline 1988: Two covers as singles in one year! Oh Lord, PSB are complete garbage!

Dateline 1995: A new single of all previously released material? Paninero and Girls and Boys already done on your and In Your Night remix...there just is not reason! A load of rubbish.

So, as you can see, in the scheme of the discography, the Chrismas EP fits right, *cough* I mean, is totally opposite of what they usually do.

Also 1991: PSB release "Jealousy," a single consisting of two "new" mixes of an old song and a demo of an old song they produced for Liza (and a cover, to boot). The limited edition second CD contains another remix of an old song (This must be the place I waited years to leave) and, to add insult to injury, a remix of a single from the previous year ("So Hard" eclipse mix)!

Oh man, true true, I would never buy such a thing.

I'm so glad that satire isn't dead on this forum.

This topic shows the old saying 'sarcasm is the lowest form of wit' to be absolutely spot on to this day.

Good satire must be both wit and moral, and mine has no morality, because I believe in cultural relativity. I'm not a Swift, Rabalea, or Vonnegut, I'm just making a point. And it's less boring to make it this way, don't cha think?

But not a very good one. I'll leave it to you to work out why your examples ... aren't. :)

Why didn't you make it with your former forum i.d? ;)

Feel free to explain, as I feel they are very reasonable comparisons to what Drico was saying.

Whatever your getting at here, it's wrong, as this is the only ID I've had here.
