Yeah, can't wait. Dead excited. It's already on the news every day. No doubt we will have people organising street parties etc. What an event to look forward too.

I'd sooner drink paint stripper

I don't want to hear about the royal family, just because I listen to Pet Shop Boys (and frequent a forum with a bunch of Brits).

The good news is we get an extra bank holiday. I will accept the day off and spend it avoiding the ceremony to the best of my ability.

Yep, i couldn't quite understand what FoF was actually going on about. I thought the paint stripper was kicking in.

Yeah saw it the other day, they spent so long talking about it before we even knew the date or anything... Kept cutting to different people giving their views and opinions!

Maybe it's not strong enough. I could give him some beerline cleaner. It changes colour with dirt, which should make peeing interesting for him, while his innards turn inside-out.

I'll enjoy the day off, but otherwise I will also be going well out of my way to avoid the whole thing. I'd ship the whole bloody lot of them out of the country if I could. The thought that my taxes help pay for their disgustingly lavish (and disgusting) lifestyle makes me feel sick to the pit of my stomach.

I'm no monarchist but I don't feel that the "my taxes pay for them" argument cuts much mustard. Do you think that the upkeep of a monarch is much cheaper than the upkeep of a president? I seriously doubt we'd save much money by adopting a president as head of state.

What pisses me off is the way that BBC journalists in particular all have to suck up to the Royal Family. It makes them look like pussies.
