Does scissor sisters sell all albums signed?

After all the fuzz about scissor sisters I finally bought their album. And after scouting around on various swedish onlineshops I found that all of them were selling "signed" items. So, is this an exception, or is it this way in the UK too?

Mine isn't signed.
I did however notice that they thank PSB in the sleeve notes, which I hadn't noticed before!

they might have done a signing session or something last time they played there, that would explain...
