Yes, it's the longest day of the year (actually yesterday). And it's hot a lot of the places over the globe. This is where we can bitch about it.
It's 2:30 in the morning here, and over 80 humid degrees outside. The damn A/C can not keep up, and half of the apartment is over 120 degrees. Yesterday a shaving cream bottle exploded in the shower from the heat. Jogging makes me numb in my feet and feel like dying. I hate you so much summer, so so much. Everyone remember snow? It's doesn't often snow in June 21st that's fer surez.

This is too hot weather even for me =specially during week it was 35 Celsius /on the sun it was 100 Celsius.
I went with my brother on bike /he ended up in pub near the pond -I ended up in the pond swimming like an watter nymph in my aqua bikini -in the danger of storm/sorry dear administrator people, but I simply just have to have this "watter nymph" here
I nearly had died on my way back -I just was sitting with my bike in grass /with my while very short shorts and absolutelly did not mind that -I simply had no strengh to go any further,I felt dizzy -sunsick. I now have to laugh how I wanted to travel around Darlington on bike.
Last nigh was very beautiful storm - I love it /I am almost sure that one day I still might love to go on bike near Darlington - specially in danger of storm

There's no such thing as too darn hot if you've got an alcoholic beverage in hand.
On the other-hand, it's Winter here at the moment and quite crap.
On the plus side, I'm going to be on holiday in Thailand on Tuesday for a week and a half.
Retro.

I'm just north of Detroit Scapa and we're getting the same weather you are in Wisconsin. Yeah, it's hot, but I'll take it over January any day (for those not familiar with the US, Wisconsin & Michigan may easily rise above 90 degrees F in the summer & -20 degrees F in the winter).

So c-c-c-cold in Sydney.
Air conditioning on reverse cycle(heat) and 2nd heater each in two rooms.
(yeah sucking down the kilowatts here).
You woosses, 90f. Hah. Was 43.4c in shade here on NewYearsDay a few years ago.
That was hot. Could not have the TV on.

Was 6c one night last week. But has gone as low as 2.
I wonder what happens at 0c ? Is that what they mean by absolute zero ?

The world ends!
Not the winter just gone, but the one before that we got down to -14c where I live. That's about as cold as I have ever known it, and was far from fun, although I am sure there are others on here that experience worse than that each year!
I'm not a fan of the sun if I am honest. I'd rather be cold than hot.

I have seen snow three times in my life.
Once as a child visiting Katoomba, in the mountains west of Sydney, once when I tried skiiing, and oh a few times in Colorado.
The snow and the wilderness in Colorado are so beautiful. Great memories.

I tend to look forward to Winter Solstice passing as in winter my symptoms are worse.
I cannot remember it being below 0 in Sydney overnight.
When I was well and younger, I was more of a beach guy.
