So my thoughts are that he can shove his mouth organ up his arse (he'd probably still try selling the sound it made)

I never really 'got' Dylan until I watched the Scorcese documentary.

Actually he hasn't played any "mouth organ" on his latest few albums. I think his last record to feature harmonica was Time out of Mind in 1997.

Live he seems to have stopped playing guitar as well. He's mostly standing behind a keyboard. His voice is worse than ever (especially live)! He really should have ended his career at least 15 years ago...

I expect his new album to be yet another record full of overlong monotoneous blues numbers, because that's all he can sing with the bad shape of his voice.
