Any educated guesses or facts on how much Chris or Neil might be worth? I remember reading not long ago that Neil mentioned they were surprisingly underpaid for having sold 70 million worldwide.

They weren't ripped off back in the day, so don't worry too much!

Although I do wonder about them pining over the cost of those banging lasers.

Anyone know how much laser shows actually cost?

Transport might of been the issue there, I guess.

I think I read somewhere that they each have a net worth of about 10-15 million GBP, which is, given their success and tremendous longevity, not that much money at all.

These figures are always very approximate, but they certainly won't have decreased since then. Touring, PRS and back catalogue sales will have kept their accounts looking healthy.

I am sure someone with access can check the company records of PSBP. And Neil and Chris's respective London homes are comfortably worth £4m+ each.

I`ve actually never understood why native English speakers make this mistake (writing "of" instead of "have"), these two words don`t even have the same pronounciation. Well, I`m kind of a Grammar Nazi myself - especially in my first language, of course.

If true, that's not much at all. Billy Joel by the Glasshouses Era - his 7th album - Billy was worth $80 million US. This was back in 1980. Just comparing the PSB to another singer of equally huge popularity.

I think people often write the way they speak, and in some English dialects, contractions like "might've", "should've", "would've", "could've", etc have an -ive or -of sound at the end. It's a common thing.

I heard that too, back in the day. After 16 years, with no kids and spouses to support, they must have trippled that by now.

Why? Their record sales have been in decline ever since (actually they started declining long before 1997), they scored no significant advertising deals or anything like that (probably because people simply wouldn't recognize them) and repeatedly picked the wrong promoters for their tours, which at times resulted in their tours being rather costly endeavors. For them to triple 10 million GBP over the course of 16 years, they must've made some pretty amazing investments.
