My Avatar picture change??

Hello! Sorry, to put such a "daft topic" on here. I have just changed my Avatar picture on here. Please could you let me know if anyone else has got the same avatar? I have chosen this one in the "hope" that no one else has got it already.
If you have this avator please let me know if you would like me to change mine. *I don't want to tread on anyones toes*.

I'm trying to figure out how to change my avatar and not having a great deal of luck. Could someone here tell me, please?

I have hundreds of pictures to choose from on my hard drive, but when I attempted several times, I was informed that it was the wrong size. It was taking me ages to comply with this and then called it a day.

It should work as long as your picture is 120x120 pixels and less than 15kb.
