Chemistry // Antagonism - a future double album?

Pet Shop Boys now HAVE to do a double album called 'Chemistry // Antagonism' ... following up on Chris Lowe's jokingly delivered reply to presenter Vernon Kay's question in the 'Piano Room' session on BBC Radio 2, 23rd of February 2024.
Kay asked about, what kind of chemistry Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe have, when writing music and lyrics together. "Chemistry?! Antagonism!" Chris hilariously replied, before breaking the momentarily build-up tension with a laugh
Chris tends to always nail this sort of genius remarks, when he - often a little provoked by an interviewer - delivers a somewhat aggressive-humorous answer, doesn't he?

I have nothing to say about Chris's so called humour. I find it all dull, both of their personalities are actually, to me, almost completely uninteresting to me. All I want is music.

Fair and square; the music is why most of us are here in the first place.
I find their personalities - and especially the synthesis between them, as I believe I hear it reflected in their music - interesting.
Compared to other artists, they also, to me, have a special way of sharing personal matters without leveling up the intimacy between them and us to much. They have a way of making mostly one-way-communication with us, the audience, friendly and personal and yet they are still able to keep their right to be rather private/shy of nature, both of them in each their way. I like that.
I hope you get what I'm trying to say - English is not my first language.

Really?
I think their personalities are part of their success. The antagonism between them, in fact.

Perfectly clear, and I feel the same way.

I could listen to them all day. Neil is erudite, perceptive, well-informed and his occasional pomposity is expertly punctured by well-timed barbs from Chris. A perfect foil.

Yet you previously said you weren’t excited by the new album.

The question in that thread was about "excitement". I didn't get excited.... at first.
