I realised it could only be done with a UK address after trying with US and Chile adressess.

Within 5 minutes they were already selling the signed copies on eBay

What's the new format according to you? (genuinely asking btw). The Grey Vinyl has been available since January 31st and the bundles are the same as the ones on the official store. The only difference is the signed booklet which every album should have anyway (an unsigned booklet I mean).

I would love to listen to this interview at the John Rylands Library on the internet but cannot find it - is it available to listen to anywhere?
