Somewhere (forthright dub) vocal sample

Hey hey!
Anybody knows what does the vocal sample looping on some parts of the forthright dub of Somewhere say?
It seems to be just 2 words repeating over and over.

From what I recall, it's a vocoder treatment of Neil's vocals, and it's "Take you there"

One of my favourite mixes and I have always wondered the same.
I think it's snippets from the line: "When the
