What about all the gems among exclusive white label dj maxis only on vinyl and such? Some are on youtube of course, but no one's making any money from them. I understand why they're not. Pet Shop Boys have always focused on quality control. That said, there is some stuff that was only ever released on vinyl that warrants a CD/digital release, and Dog's first hypothetical CD gives you a good representative sample of it.

Apparently, according to the last Annually, Warners catalogue division are working on a project to release all PSB singles plus remixes and b-sides to streaming services. It’s a real shame that some of this stuff is going unheard. Vinyl, cassette, CD, digital download, streaming; the way we listen to music will continue to change. Unless Pet Shop Boys’ music is constantly re-released it will risk getting lost to history. Some of those remixes are too good to be buried. They deserve a wider audience. Presumably the elevated price of concert tickets and the larger audiences offsets much of the money lost to the rise streaming. I have physical releases and I love the convenience of streaming.
