Does anyone know where to find a collection of Neil's writings for Smash Hits? Thank you in advance.

You can find a fantastic Smash Hits archive here:

Someone went to the incredible effort of scanning nearly every issue cover to cover. (Oh, what a joyfully nostalgic rabbit hole that was to discover!!) As far as I can tell, Neil's first appearance is in issue 74 (1-14 October 1981), plugging his Madness book in the Bitz column, then he becomes an occasional contributor for a while until officially appearing on the masthead in June 1982 (issue 93).
