Does anybody know if
Ich Bin Musik (PSB Remix) is a
2019 remix prepared to promote the original
MUSIK show, and then left unreleased until
Disco 5?
Or maybe, on the contrary, it is a
2025 remix, freshly prepared to promote the forthcoming
MUSIK film?

I’m not sure if this answers the question but the copyright note against this track on the Japanese CD is 2025.

My guess is that it was made in 2019, since the track on the digital EP is Ich Bin Musik (Radio Edit)

With “Musik” getting a brief theatrical run I wonder if they’re preparing a physical release of its soundtrack and needed some additional material to pad-out the length?

Good call - maybe we're getting a physical EP to go with the film? Perhaps a BD/CD release is on the cards?
