Hi there.
I'm attending the Pet Shop Boys concert on Friday, 10 Apr 2026 and I haven't received my tickets, yet.
Bought via See Tickets.
It's very strange, to me. Is there any problem, according to you?
I wrote to them, their reply is quite standard, just "wait up to 7 days before the event", but now it's 4 days to the event, and no tickets on the horizon.
I'm getting very nervous.

They are apparently not being sent out until 24 before the gig.

I’m going tonight and received my tickets Friday lunchtime. So by the same logic yours should be with you tomorrow lunchtime. Nothing to worry about. I’m still waiting for my AXS tickets for tomorrow.

They're rolling them out day by day. Monday first, then Tuesday, now today Wednesday have been released. Thursday and Friday (it's soon gonna be the weekend) are pending release.
The fact tickets for the other nights have been sent out should be some reassurance.

I was emailed the tickets for tomorrow night at around 12 midday today. But also didn’t appear in the AXS app until I clicked ‘refresh’.

Still no Thursday/Friday tickets as of writing.

My ticket for last night arrived lunchtime Sunday so don't go expecting your ticket now if your going at the end of the week.

AXS tickets for tomorrow (Weds) just dropped at 1202 BST.

Mine has just arrived for tomorrow.

That's incredible.
I attended to a lot of concerts in my life, never got my ticket so late.

I got an email from AXS just to inform me that tickets get send 24h before the date.

We know you are currently waiting for your tickets. We are writing to let you know that your e-tickets will be sent out 24 hours prior to the show.
