Pet Shop Boys Community

Could someone tell me what sort of time the boys appear on stage and the show finishes please? I’m going to see Obscure and Friday, need to plan travel and don’t want to look in the spoilers thread.

On monday the show started at 20:35 and lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Thank you. Anyone who was there last night care to comment?

The show last night started at 8:30 and finished at 10:30pm.

It started, it stopped as Neil forgot the lyrics, started again!

I wouldn't get there late either. I didn't realise how many columns there would be and it was so hard to see the stage when I arrived at 7.45pm.

I was just writing to warn you about all the “tall thin men” in the crowd that make it hard to see for short people, and then I noticed your name - you’ll be fine at the back

There WERE a lot of tall thin men there for sure. I'm no slouch at 5'10" and felt quite small at times - I was chaperoning my daughter (who's about 5'7") so I wasn't intentionally trying to block anyone, but just making sure she was near me and OK in the hustle.

She made a real effort Monday night to dress up - in silver trousers, silver boots, and an awesome orange top and orange sunglasses/eye makeup. I am willing to bet some of you probably spotted her, because almost everyone else was dressing in boring jeans and t-shirt (including me) - she would definitely have stood out in the crowd.

Tonight's performance ran from 8.31pm to 10.20pm

Thank you. Out of curiosity is it all standing? Also, are they checking photo ID on the door as it says on the website?

They were checking people who looked under 18.

I’m a tall thin man..but it’s a no from me I’m afraid, lol..I got there at 6.45am, if any short person wants to stand in front of me, get there before me - I’m not queuing for nearly 12 hours just to let everyone shorter than me who rock up and hour before doors - stand in front of me. If I let every short dude stand in front of me I’d be at the back by the time it all starts
