1) They are reissue
CDs.
2) The title of Please (Japan Edition) is West End Girls.
3) 08/03 stands for August 3rd.

Really? How bizarre.
I wonder why these are being re-issued in Japan though? I suppose it could just be that the original versions have been deleted. There always seemed to be plenty of copies in the shops when I was in Nippon though.

We must be happy. If old CDs are reissued, it means that PSB are still selling well their old catalogue.
