Brussels Love Ball 26 November

#1 Post by Dipso »

I have no real idea what the Love Ball may be, but a poster on dear old Introspective says the Pets are playing there on 26 November.

Quote:

PSB are confirmed to participate to a special show case at the LOVEBALL in Brussels the 26th of November 2005.

The quote says "The show will end up with the special appearance of the Pet Shop Boys, uncontested icons of the Gay culture"
Prick up your ears.

I'd like to see a contest for the biggest gay icon. Could be quite a bitch fight! :)

I hope this is not true. I don't want to see Pet Shop Boys pictured as "icons of gay culture", I prefer to see them as good musicians and artists.

This probably is some kind of themed gay club party, a bit like the White Party in Miami.

Why are those mutually exclusive? What's wrong about becoming gay icons -which they're not. It hasn't hurt Madonna or Kylie, has it?

Do the Austria tv broadcast the show of Life Ball in Vienna in May 2003 ? If yes, some Austrian fans had recorded it ? :P
