Classic moment at the Astoria show.joncool5 wrote:A.R.E Weapons was funny as the PSB fans were too polite to say anything!! If it had been any other band they would have been bottled off but as PSB have a fairly sophisticated audience everyone was quiet and patient!!
One of ARE Weapons was having his rock-God moment, tearing off his sweaty shirt and throwing it into the audience.
The sea of petheads parted in disgust, leaving his shirt to land on the floor.
One of them picked it up and threw it back at him.
He cursed at them.
A lot.
A legendary PSB memory.

Actually, it would be interesting if PSB did a set of obscure tracks and b-sides and the West End Girls came on and did all the hits. That would be an original concept!

Yeah, that must have been a terrible support slot for them - I don't think many in the audience were very interestedNo Muscle Mary wrote:Classic moment at the Astoria show.joncool5 wrote:A.R.E Weapons was funny as the PSB fans were too polite to say anything!! It was a cough that carried him off. It was a coffin they carried him off in.

Fantastic idea! There are so many tracks I would love to hear live:
Bet she's not your girlfriend
Boy who couldn't keep his clothes on
Call me old fashioned (i know it was in the musical)
Delusions of Grandeur
Don Juan
End of the world
Hey headmaster
I want a dog
In the night
Jack the lad
That's my impression
A new life
One of the crowd
Lies
Screaming
and a new version of left to my own devices to finish!
