For me, it's got a very negative touch and
only gives a bad impression from 'over the-

What exactly is the point in not showing it to
'here' but 'over there'? I don't get it really ...
That exactly is the point for me in not to join
so - on me - it was a bad 'advertisement' for
whatever 'exclusive' place as the opposite of
what was wanted has now been reached ...

It just loox a bit weird to me: people, you can
nearly say 'ex members' (rarely seen on here
anymore for some reason), only coming back
just for posting such kind of 'advertisement',
obviously wanting to reach or feed some split
or whatever ...
I'm not into this 'here/there' thingy but loox
odd to me, that kind of acting.
To me, all that comes across just childish and
silly and I find it is a pity.

Did you register with the nick "?", maybe? Or maybe ";"?
lol, I tried but I couldn't

I just called myself redrum

The members are f*** over there!

What's their problem with this board? :?
Maybe it's people like you. Just a suggestion.

Well, the site has had 66 new members during the last 12 hours, so obviously the advertisement thing worked. Whether any of them ever post anything or even come back after reading the interview is beside the point really. If you're not interested in it, fair enough, although for someone like that, you have spent a considerable amount of time harpng about it in here.

Yes, big deal, really! The number of members
have changed. Brilliant. And?
Some people seem to define themselves about
number of posts or members. Poor them. Peo-
ple who need things like that don't seem very
self confident. Anyway ...
Besides, I had said, it did not work on me. Just
an expression how it comes across ...
You are not interested in members (=people),
nor posts (neither quantitiy nor quality of the
contents), I wonder what this board is about.
And such a statement again gives another im-
pression ...
Eldritch wrote:Whether any of them ever post anything or even come back after reading the interview is beside the point really.
So, again, what's the point, then?
No, leave it, the point is having whatever num-
ber of members for whatever reason. Probably
it looks good from outside or comes across im -
pressive or whatever ...
As if people look at the total numbers of mem-
bers and care about. OK, I usually don't.
Doesn't give an impression of the contents and
I don't judge a book by its cover.

Err ... yes? What about people like me?

No, I didn't read everything, plus, I write with 10
fingers. Image
And even if so, what's the point in that? Has it
got anything to do with what's the point in acting
like that? I was just telling my impression. Erm, I
don't get the point in that as well ...
Did I say I don't want to waste my time with any-
thing? Not that I know of. I just said I won't read
whatever interview, that are different things and
does not mean I don't want to spend time with
saying my opionion about it all. OK, someone like
me does not see any point again. Whatever it is.
Funny, people who can't give proper answers al -
ways tend to getting a bit personal. Pls. feel free
to copy and paste this in 'over there' and getting
at it like it seems to be usual slagging off people
from 'here' not being 'there', I don't care.
And why come here and wasting time on 'some -
one like me'?
OK, I see, it is taking some effort for the number
of members of someone elses board, doing adver-
tisement for whatever a total number of posts is
standing for, I see ...

I have already seen what's the point in really, it's
not too hard to understand, even for 'someone
like that'. Thx. for the 'offer'.

Off now for reading other threads in here because

Hi,

I noticed your signature and visited your site and was presented by the song 'Obession' by -apparently- your group? Is it your own song or a mix from a song by another artist? Or what is it?!! Excuse me for this newbie-questions, but I just would like to say that this song 'Obession' is just GREAT!
Hi Grover. Thank you for the compliment. That IS my group (we're a duo, not unlike a certain other group). That track was done in 2003 and is an original, like all of our tracks (we've only ever done one cover, which was of PSB's "A New Life" - the very first track we did together). If you like "Obsession", check out the track "Do You Control Your Mind" as well - that and a LOT of other tracks can be heard here: http://blueswan.mymusic.dk - the site is in danish, but just click on the album "Sinister But Fragile" and click the speaker button next to any track you want to hear. :D

It's all about one word: Fun! Nothing wrong with a little friendly competition. Lots of us posts at both boards anyway. Peope take this whole issue waayyy too seriously.

Aww, now it was just FUN, I see ...
As always, 'afterwards'. Yes, THAT
is funny indeed. Good answer ! Image

I don't take it too serious, you just
can't, really ...
If I had taken that serious I would
have read that bloody 'top-secret-
only-viewable-on-another-board-in-
terview', you know ...
Saying ones opinion is not equal to
taking anything wayyyyyyyyyyy too
serious but I might not get it again.
If it 's not posted for being taken
seriously why ... nah, useless discus-
sion for nothing, not worth it.

I had not the impression that it is
just a 'friendly competition'. What
you now call 'friendly' is sh*t, that
is it what it is for me.
Maybe certain other persons take
themselves or something way too
serious with that interview ...

And like I've said with the reviews:
I don't care about other's opinion
or trust on their taste which don't
need to fit mine, I use to judge by
myself after having had a listen. I
do not trust 'articles' by someone
spreading around he/she has just
done an interview with Neil + Chris
and I don't even know if that is for
real ...
I tend to believe articles in the pro-
per press than someone acting like
that, sorry.

I will certainly read it in case it will
appear in the 'proper' press, and if
not available for every pethead it
will appear in here in a more 'nor -
mal' way apart from any 'competi-
tion'. I am pretty sure some kind
pethead with a scanner will scan
it and give it to fellow petheads to
read without any strings attached,
like it is usual in 'here'.
Will be much appreciated as usual,
then ...

Yes, it will appear in "proper press". In a shorter form. In Finnish. Have a good read. Besides, scanning is against copyright rules too.

The long English version is on Zeus's site, because 1) I prefer that site to this one, 2) I want to have it on a place where you have to register to read it and 3) since it's my interview I can publicise it anywhere, for instance paint it on the outer wall of my house if I want to, without asking your permission to do that.

How long did it took you to write your tirades? In that time you could have: 1. registered to Zeus's site, 2. read the interview, 3. deleted your account there. That way you wouldn't even have increased the number of members, if that's the thing that distresses you, for more than 15 minutes or so.

Put on some Scooter and relax.

That was a great interview read, Eldritch. I registered and I am surprised to find this hidden gem of a site. However, I'm a little confused why Zeus gave high scores for most of the songs on Fundamental, yet in his summing up he came across as quite negative. Any thoughts on the subject?

Thank you, Monty--. Now that you're registered there, why don't you ask the man himself?

I won't ask him since he doesn't use any arguments to back up his opinion. It's just *precisely* as he writes all his *stuff* down. At least that's how it worked over here but have fun on the other side.
