I found this... Blanknoisewhitesoul: "Sometimes" with the Pet Shop Boys, lyrics: Tennant - Lowe

If I´m not wrong, this is the record that uses little parts of the lyrics from West End girls as the full vocale on it...Thats all. Not Neil samples, just some words spoken by someone else...:

"there´s a gun in your hand"
"think you´re mad"
"call the police"
"got no future"
"how much have you got?"
