Who do you think should remix Minimal?

#1 Post by a powerful friend »

Well, now we know that Minimal will be the second single. Who do you think should be the remixers (other than Tiga)?

And since Neil reads this forum sometimes and the single won't be out for another 3 months, you never know you might get your wish :)

I don't know if this is the propper song, but I always wanted Daft Punk to remix them. Or Goldfrapp. I'm fed up of shit techno remixes. The only one worth buying for I'm with stupid so far is their own MaxiMix.

I agree.

Plus I would say:

- Mylo
- Benny Benassi
- Orbital
- Hitmakers

Yes I'm with stupid mixes were v disappointing. Sick of these no-name bedroom bleepers.

Goldfrapp is a good idea. Stuart Price, Tom Neville, Cicada. Even Bimbo Jones for some cheese factor would be fun.

I would love to hear a remix by PSB themselves. Please, Neil... (if you happen to read this one...) :D

Kraftwerk.

In all seriousness, I hope there aren't any big name Euro trance house type mixers for the Fundamental 'campaign'. PSB should use the opportunity to show us what the 'minimal techno' album that they set out to produce might have sounded like. I assume that was their thinking behind the I'm with stupid remix choices - and I think they are brilliant. I think this is an intentional move away from club mixes as such, and it's a good thing.

It'd also be great to hear a Trevor Horn remix.
Woof.

I think a Tiefschwarz remix would suit this song.
